This Summer I had the opportunity to give a flash talk at JuliaCon 2022. My presentation was entitled “A Data Integration Framework for Microbiome Research”. It introduced the recently developed Julia package called MicrobiomeAnalysis.jl and discussed related software development in the R language. Feedback and comments are appreciated!
